We want you to love your Bio Ionic tools, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label which you can print and securely attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your Bio Ionic tool and all original components into the original box, ensuring it is properly padded, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
